Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager of Operations to lead and optimize our leisure and MICE travel operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The General Manager of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, lead and inspire teams, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain the efficiency of all processes. The successful candidate will develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in General Management and Operations Management, with a proven ability to oversee outbound travel business operations and establish processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring a client-centric approach and high-quality experiences in the client's chosen overseas destination
  • Proficiency in Team Management, with experience in training, motivating, and leading teams to achieve targets
  • Solid experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in operations or general management roles in a travel agency of repute
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
