Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Manager of Operations, based in Kharkhoda. The General Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day activities to ensure the company operates efficiently and meets performance objectives. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring excellent customer service, leading and motivating teams, handling budgeting and financial planning, and crafting and implementing strategies for business growth and operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in General Management and Operations Management
- Strong skills Team Building & Team Management
- Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and managing operational expenses
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
