Hiring for General Manager Operations for a MALL in LUCKNOW

THIS IS SENIOR POSITION ROLE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall Operations
- To ensure overall smooth functioning of the mall that includes: area of property management, mall facilities, tenant management, security and service
- Execute the annual marketing and sales to enhance footfalls significantly
- Ensure optimum occupancy with the right brand mix to attract the target consumer group
- To ensure safety standards of the mall are maintained for a pleasant experience for customers and retail tenants
Implementation of SOPs:
- To ensure mall policies and processes are duly followed by tenants, service providers, contractors with regards to occupational health and safety standards
Financial Management:
- To prepare annual budgets
- Achieve profitability and revenue by maximizing quality service and facilities
- Manage profitability by maximizing revenues and reducing costs
Tenant management:
- Manage tenant relationship
- Handle conflict between tenant and customers in a smooth manner
- To ensure leasing of all tenant- All new agreements and cancellations to be in place
Liaisoning:
Develop local contacts and act as a liaison between authorities and mall stakeholders
Job Specification
Qualification- PGDBM – Operations
Experience -12 to 15 years of experience in a mall management practices
Reporting to -Chief Executive Officer
Core Competencies-
a) Skill in budget preparation
b) Good at Financials and daily reporting.
c) Strong PR and communication
d) Good man management and time management skills
e) Knowledge of local real estate / property management / mall management.
Comprehensive experience in dealing with clients, customers, service vendors and the staff.
