Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and scale our Third-Party Inspection Services business. The role will be responsible for driving both business development and end-to-end operations, ensuring service excellence across clients in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships
Lead and manage pan-India third-party inspection operations
Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations and industry standards
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team
Oversee P&L, profitability, and operational efficiency
Develop strategies to enhance service offerings and market presence
Requirements:
15–20 years of experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry
Strong exposure to both business development and operations management
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
