About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our robotics company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between production, procurement, inventory, vendors, logistics, and customer deliveries while driving operational efficiency and accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily company operations and ensure timely execution of tasks across departments.
- Oversee production planning and track manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and service teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and material procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
- Track customer orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Establish and improve operational processes and reporting systems.
- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings and follow up on action items.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Maintain operational KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial automation, electronics, engineering, robotics, EV, or hardware companies preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience handling vendors, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and operational tracking tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory management.
