Functional Responsibilities :
• GPAC has multiple diversified business verticals under franchise model. GM Sales will be Responsible for P&L of the business verticals. This includes franchise onboarding, B2B sales, Retail outlets etc.
• Program / Function Leadership : Build monthly, quarterly plans, set targets/MIS, and drive delivery for assigned unit (Programs / Field / Media / Finance / Tech). Align outputs with GPAC’s governance and community objectives.
• Team Management : Lead 10–15 members (Individual Contributors & seniors), assign work, review outputs, coach for performance, and uphold process discipline.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Coordinate with universities, community groups, civil‑society organizations, research partners, and government‑adjacent stakeholders for smooth program delivery.
• Project Management : Own timelines, risks, resources, and quality across workshops, fellowships, field studies, media campaigns, or technology builds; publish weekly status & dashboards.
• Budgeting & Compliance : Track unit budgets, approvals, payments, and documentation; support audits and reporting per organizational policy.
• Field & Community Interface (as applicable): Supervise mobilization, data collection quality, partner meetings, and resolution of field issues, ensuring inclusive and impact‑oriented execution.
• Quality & Knowledge Management: Enforce templates, SOPs, brand/communication standards; maintain repositories for learnings, case studies, scripts, or code/documentation.
• Reporting: Submit weekly/monthly MIS, KPIs, and impact narratives to leadership; present outcomes and next‑step plans.
Required Knowledge & Experience :
• 10 + years of experience in program/operations/media/finance/tech management, preferably within social‑impact, Retail, Healthcare, education, public policy, or community development ecosystems.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and scale multi‑stakeholder projects with clear KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong people‑management, communication (English + regional language; Telugu preferred), and partner‑handling skills.
• Comfort with MIS/reporting tools, documentation standards, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• For domain roles, working knowledge of functional tools (e.g., analytics & survey tools/program ops; media & content suites; accounting/finance systems; or SDLC & data systems) is expected.
