- 18+ years’ experience in industrial marketing or B2B business development, preferably in explosives, mining, or specialty chemicals.
- Should have experience in Domestic & International Marketing.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Technical aptitude for explosive application and blasting solutions
- Networking and relationship-building across customer hierarchy
- Fluency in English and regional languages (Hindi and others based on region).
