Key Responsibilities
• Develop & execute marketing and brand strategy
• Drive OEM & aftermarket business growth
• Lead product launches, promotions & pricing strategy
• Expand dealer/distributor network & retail presence
• Manage key customer accounts, business negotiations, and long-term relationship building
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity & consumer insights
• Align with Sales, NPD & Production for demand planning
• Prepare annual marketing budgets, sales forecasts, and ROI analysis for campaigns and initiatives
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to automobile accessories and FMCG industries
• Experience in handling OEM customers
• Proven track record in brand building and market expansion
