Title - General Manager Marketing for Consumer business
Purpose - To lead and drive integrated marketing strategies across B2B, B2C, and Retail segments, ensuring brand growth, market expansion, revenue acceleration, and strong channel engagement. The role will be responsible for brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, trade marketing, and digital growth.
Education required - Masters in management
Experience - 15-20 years working in marketing role only from Food and Beverage industry.
Job responsibility:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives across B2B, B2C, and Retail for businesses – Icecream, Bakery, Coffee, Fruits & Vegetables
- Drive annual marketing calendar, budgeting, and ROI planning.
- Identify growth opportunities across domestic and export markets (if applicable).
- Develop demand generation strategies for institutional and corporate clients.
- Lead lead-generation campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop retail marketing strategies to enhance in-store visibility and sell-through.
- Manage POSM, merchandising, promotions, and retailer engagement programs.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning across segments.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
