Role Description

This is a full-time position for a General Manager Manufacturing. The General Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established quality standards. Key responsibilities include production planning, managing operational budgets, implementing operational excellence initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts. The role also involves leadership of cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
• Proven experience in Operations Management and achieving Operational Excellence
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on process improvement
• Thorough understanding of safety and compliance regulations in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the steel or related manufacturing industry is a plus
