Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager Intern role based in Lucknow. The intern will assist with overseeing daily business operations, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to strategic planning efforts. Responsibilities include supporting business development activities, coordinating with teams, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring operational alignment with organizational goals. The intern will work closely with senior leadership to gain insights into key decision-making processes while playing a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in strategic planning, operations, and process management
- Proficiency in data analysis, project coordination, and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Background in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus
- Enrollment in a graduate program or completion of a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with B2B acquisition processes and growth strategies is advantageous
