Profile: General Manager Information Technology
- Department: Information Technology
- Location: Vishakhapatnam
- Total experience: 15 to 21 years [at least immediate last 5 years in leadership role]
- Relevant Information technology experience: >/= 15-year
- Current role: Sr Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager or Head of IT
- Team handling: Direct at-least 5 & indirect > 10 people
- Experience in manufacturing/ electronic manufacturing/ industrial setup is mandatory
- Strong exposure to ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle/ Tally-integrated ecosystems)
- Proven track record of scaling IT systems in ₹500/ 800 crore companies

0–90 day (stabilization & assessment)
- Complete full IT audit (infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications)
- Identify critical gaps and submit IT transformation roadmap
- Achieve 100% system uptime
- Establish SLA-driven helpdesk system

- Zero critical system failures
- User satisfaction score 100%
3–6 months (optimization & integration)
- Streamline ERP usage across all departments (Finance, SCM, Sales)
