Role Description
We are seeking a General Manager to lead and manage one of our Brewery / Pub operations in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operational management, ensuring excellent customer experience, controlling budgets, and achieving business growth targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing supply chain logistics, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and driving marketing strategies to support business objectives. The General Manager will also collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize performance and implement strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building abilities
- Experience in operations management, logistics, and budget control
- Proficiency in marketing strategy, growth planning, and business scaling
- An understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry
