About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic HR leader with vast experience in Hospitality Industry to join us as General Manager – Recruitment. This role demands strong decision-making, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive high-impact recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall recruitment function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies for volume, niche, and leadership hiring.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, and partnerships with campuses and industry networks.
• Drive recruitment analytics — monitor TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratios, sourcing effectiveness, and other strategic KPIs.
• Collaborate with business heads and CXOs to understand manpower needs and influence staffing decisions.
• Implement process improvements, digital hiring solutions, and best-in-class recruitment practices.
• Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a Hospitality Industry and strategic recruitment role.
• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale hiring, leadership recruitment, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Strong team-leading ability with experience managing large, multi-location recruitment teams.
