Job Title: General Manager - HR

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to head the Human Resources function, driving HR strategy, policy implementation, talent management, and compliance. The role involves partnering with leadership to build a high-performance culture and ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, PMS, L&D, and administration
- Design, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive talent acquisition and control attrition across the organization
- Develop and execute training and skill development programs
- Ensure timely and effective Performance Management System (PMS) implementation
- Oversee payroll, employee engagement, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HSE standards
Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Human Resources or related field
- 15+ years of relevant HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and drive organizational initiatives
