We are looking for an experienced HR General Manager to oversee overall human resources operations and ensure smooth and effective workforce management.
Experience: 10–15 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall HR strategy and align with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Partner with leadership for organizational development and workforce planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor laws
- Experience in handling large teams and multi-functional roles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
