Role Summary
Drive the organization’s HR digital transformation agenda by leading the implementation, optimization, and governance of HR technology platforms. The role will focus on enhancing HR processes through automation, improving employee experience, and ensuring seamless integration of HR systems with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Digital Transformation
- Lead end-to-end HR digitalization initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of HRIS platforms (Exposure working on SAP, Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
- Drive adoption of digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business goals.
- Lead change management efforts, including user training, communication, and adoption strategies.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technology partners.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Evaluate and onboard new technology partners as required.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 members, ensuring capability development and performance management.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure HR systems and processes comply with organizational policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and system governance frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong IT Project Management and delivery experience.
- Hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms (SAP / Darwinbox / PeopleStrong or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong change management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability in vendor management and negotiations.
- High level of time management and execution excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / HR or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Systems, or Operations preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience, including 3–5 years in HR digitalization or HRIS project management.
- Experience working with large organizations or Indian conglomerates preferred.
- Proven track record of successful HR system implementations.
- Experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Stable career progression with an average tenure of 3+ years per organization.
