The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad, is seeking a seasoned General Manager – Human Resources to lead and strengthen the HR function across academic and administrative verticals. The role demands strategic leadership, strong statutory compliance expertise, and experience in managing HR operations in a CBSE school ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and workforce planning for teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity & POSH regulations
Drive performance management systems and appraisal frameworks
Oversee payroll, compensation structuring, and benefits administration
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Support audits, inspections, and board-related documentation
Lead employee engagement and professional development initiatives
Eligibility
MBA / Master’s in HR or related discipline
10–15 years of progressive HR experience (K–12 school experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and education-sector HR practices
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
