Role Description
We are seeking a General Manager - Franchise Sales for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing franchise sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and managing franchise sales strategies, leading and mentoring the franchise sales team, engaging with franchise partners to maintain strong relationships, and ensuring that customer service standards are met across all franchises. This role will also involve analyzing sales performance and implementing growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Management and Team Management to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Strong Sales skills with the ability to develop and execute franchise sales strategies
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain high standards and foster strong franchise relationships
- Experience in handling franchise operations and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry in India is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
