Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a General Manager – Canada Opportunities. The General Manager will oversee operations related to Canada immigration services, including managing and mentoring the team, strategizing business development, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, optimizing processes, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and meeting performance targets while upholding the company's reputation for excellent service in the immigration consulting industry.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of Canada immigration processes, policies, and rules, with prior experience in the immigration consulting or visa services industry.
- Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and creating growth strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to stay updated with changes in immigration regulations and adapt plans accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the immigration sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
