Finance General ManagerJob Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to lead financial planning, analysis, cost control, cash flow management, and risk management. The role involves ensuring effective control of financial statements and providing accurate financial insights to support strategic management decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis
- Develop a clear understanding and monitoring of key financial statements including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Cash Flow Statements
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Oversee financial forecasting and projections.
- Monitor and measure financial performance against approved budgets.
Cash Flow & Capital Management
- Manage company cash flow planning and monitoring.
- Ensure efficient working capital and capital allocation management.
Cost Control & Profitability
- Implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze cost structures and recommend financial improvements.
Risk Management
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure financial practices align with risk management policies.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain working knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in financial management and analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Solid understanding of cash flow management and capital planning.
- Knowledge of financial risk management practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in finance management.
