We are looking for an experienced Finance professional, having hands-on experience in a manufacturing company.
Experience required: 10 to 15 years
Educational background: At least first stage of Chartered Accountancy
Previous experience working with ERP systems is essential while experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage.
Duties will include;
· Monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting
· Annual budget and forecast
· Weekly cash flow
· Monthly invoicing and aged debtors list
· Monthly sales analysis
Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing financial strategies, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets, ensuring that the organization operates within its financial means, and monitoring expenditures.
Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and senior management.
Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, including managing insurance, investments, and compliance with financial regulations.
Capital Management: Managing the organization's capital structure, including funding
strategies, investments, and financing options.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with other senior executives to develop long-term strategies and business plans.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the accounts/finance team, ensuring the development and implementation of best practices in financial management.
