We’re Hiring: General Manager – Finance & Accounts | Kickstart Football Club

The Role
As General Manager – Finance & Accounts, you will be at the core of Kickstart’s financial engine — driving discipline, transparency, and investor alignment across the organization.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end finance operations & controls
- Statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, audits)
- Cash flow management, ensuring operational stability
- Real-time MIS & P&L reporting to leadership and investors
- Financial planning & forecasting aligned to growth
- Managing SPV structures & investor commitments
- Supporting strategic decisions across football & business verticals
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years in Finance / Accounts
- Masters in Finance / MBA (CA not mandatory)
- Strong experience in MIS, cash flow, compliance, and investor reporting
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-performance environment
- Passion for sport/understanding of football ecosystem = strong advantage
