We’re Hiring | Front of House & Operations Team | Sketch – An Artful Escape | Panchkula
We are building Sketch – An Artful Escape, a high-end, 90-seater fine-dining restaurant in Sector 5, Panchkula.
Our concept blends Modern Indian cuisine with artistic plating, a strong North Indian foundation, and a curated Global dining experience. We are now hiring passionate hospitality professionals for our Phase 1 FOH & Operations team.
Current Openings:
• General Manager (GM)
• Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
• Captain
• Steward / Server
• Guest Relation Executive (GRE)
• Bartender (Mixologist)
• Barback / Assistant Bartender
What We’re Looking For:
General Manager / F&B Manager
• Strong leadership in fine-dining or premium hospitality setups
• Experience in restaurant operations, guest experience, team management, SOPs, and revenue planning
• Ability to build and lead service teams with high hospitality standards
Captain
• Strong floor management and guest handling skills
• Experience in service coordination and maintaining dining standards
• Ability to manage service flow during peak hours
GRE
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Warm, polished, and hospitality-driven personality
• Experience in reservations and customer relations preferred
Stewards / Bartenders
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Understanding of fine-dining etiquette and presentation standards
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
