Role Description:
Lead and manage all maintenance, engineering, and facility operations across outlets to ensure minimal downtime, high equipment reliability, and superior outlet upkeep. This role will oversee an engineering team and manage preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and infrastructure quality across all locations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Equipment Uptime & Breakdown Management
- Ensure high uptime of all critical equipment (coffee machines, ovens, refrigeration, HVAC) with quick response and resolution of breakdowns.
- Preventive Maintenance & SOPs
- Implement structured preventive maintenance schedules across all outlets and central facilities to minimize reactive issues.
- Outlet Upkeep & Facility Standards
- Maintain high standards of store infrastructure, ambience, lighting, and air-conditioning equipment.
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead internal maintenance engineers and external vendors; ensure accountability, response time adherence, and cost control.
- Capex Planning & New Store Support
- Support new store setups, equipment installation, and MEP execution in coordination with Projects and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Engineering Management and leading engineering teams effectively
- Strong skills in Project Management and Project Engineering, including planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
- Proficiency in inspection processes and quality assurance for project deliverables
- Expertise in Civil Engineering, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
