Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager for our Dry Mix division at Shree Shakthi AAC Blocks. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, strategy development, and the overall growth of the Dry Mix segment. Responsibilities include managing production efficiency, optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, leading teams, analyzing market trends, and fostering partnerships. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and production management skills, including process optimization and quality control oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships and driving organizational alignment
- In-depth knowledge of the construction materials industry, specifically Dry Mix or related domains
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity within the manufacturing or construction materials industry
