Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager -Service based in Gwalior. The General Manager will oversee overall business operations, develop and execute business strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading and motivating cross-functional teams, streamlining processes to improve efficiency, and building partnerships to drive business success. The role also entails ensuring financial performance, assessing market trends, and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the automobile industry or a similar service-oriented field is advantageous.
