Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
• Drive long-term sourcing and commercial strategy aligned to AOP & LTP.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract structuring, risk analysis, and governance.
• Define pricing, margin optimization, and product mix strategy to maximize contribution.
• Provide commercial insights for business expansion and growth initiatives.
Procurement & Supply Chain
• Develop indigenous and global vendor base for solar raw materials (cells, wafers, glass, EVA, backsheets, junction boxes, BESS components).
• Deliver YoY cost reduction and OPEX savings.
• Balance supplier capability with business objectives across lifecycle.
Financial & Plant Commercials
• Own WBS, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
• Lead plant product costing, landing price analysis, and efficiency reporting.
• Evaluate Capex proposals with ROI and payback assessment.
• Review cost reports and implement corrective cost optimization measures.
Process & Governance
• Ensure compliance with corporate commercial procedures and audit requirements.
• Provide negotiation plans, contract risk assessment, benefits analysis, and closure documentation.
• Manage complex EPC and supply contracts across solar value chain.
People & Stakeholder Management
• Lead cross-functional teams (Commercial, Analysts, Surveyors).
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, industry bodies, and senior stakeholders.
