Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Civil at Supreme Infratech, located in Bhubaneswar. The General Manager will oversee civil infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met, leading cross-functional teams, supervising site inspections, addressing challenges promptly, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Management and experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Stormwater Management and other relevant civil works.
- Strong Team Leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Experience in Infrastructure development and Inspection of work to ensure quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications, such as PMP or similar, would be an added advantage.
