Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Gurugram. The Co-Founder will take a strategic and entrepreneurial lead in driving the company’s vision, business growth, and safety consulting operations. Responsibilities include business development, forming and nurturing strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and building innovative safety solutions. The Co-Founder will work to align organizational goals, maintain client relationships, and support the leadership team in achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing to drive business development and brand visibility
- Experience in conducting thorough research and deriving actionable insights
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge in safety consulting practices or industrial risk management is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
