HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER – Business Development
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 18–20 Years into Real Estate
CTC: Up to ₹55 LPA
Lead. Negotiate. Transform.We're looking for a strategic leader from the Real Estate / Builder & Developer industry to spearhead Business Development & Government Liaisoning for high-value redevelopment and land acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Development, Land Acquisition & Redevelopment opportunities.
- Lead liaisoning with MHADA, MMRDA, SRA, CIDCO, Municipal Corporations and other Government Authorities.
- Identify, evaluate and close redevelopment projects, joint ventures and strategic land deals.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR, UDCPR, RERA and other statutory regulations.
- Build strong relationships with societies, landowners, consultants, investors and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and manage cross-functional Business Development & Liaisoning teams.
Candidate Profile✔ B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
✔ 18–20 years of experience with a reputed Real Estate Developer / Builder
✔ Strong expertise in Redevelopment, Land Acquisition, Project Feasibility & Government Liaisoning
✔ In-depth knowledge of DCPR, UDCPR, FSI, TDR, RERA and statutory approvals
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
