About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Business Development to lead growth initiatives, drive market expansion, and build strong partnerships across the Healthcare and HealthTech ecosystem. The role requires deep understanding of the ABDM ecosystem, strong exposure to government and private sector engagements, and the ability to lead end-to-end proposal development, GTM strategy, and solution alignment. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to drive revenue growth and establish IQ-Line as a key player in the digital health ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive business development strategy aligned with organizational growth and revenue objectives.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development, including RFPs, tenders, and large-scale government and enterprise deals. • Design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies including market entry, expansion, and positioning.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with government bodies, healthcare institutions, and private stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives aligned with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) and digital health ecosystem.
• Lead technical solution alignment by working closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure solution fitment.
• Define pricing strategy and positioning models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Drive market expansion initiatives across new geographies, segments, and partnerships.
• Track key business metrics including pipeline, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
• Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring high performance and delivery.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on business performance, pipeline, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
• 9+ years of experience in Business Development / Growth roles in Healthcare or HealthTech
• Strong understanding of ABDM ecosystem and digital health initiatives
• Proven experience working with government and private sector clients
• Hands-on experience in GTM strategy, proposal development, and revenue growth
• Strong skills in market intelligence, pricing strategy, and stakeholder management
• B.Tech + MBA (preferred)
