Pump Academy Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Bengaluru has developed iPUMPNET - the worlds first 360 deep-tech IIoT + AI-ML Smart Pumping-Station Optimisation Platform, built as a unified ecosystem entirely in-house.

Role & responsibilities:
- Lead the acquisition of new clients across water supply, wastewater, industrial, and irrigation sectors
- Present iPUMPNET solutions, conduct technical discussions, and prepare proposals
- Engage with tendering departments, consultants, and government stakeholders
- Track opportunities, prepare reports, and support closure of high-value deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for solution demonstration and technical clarifications
- With proven experience and success story in the relevant field (For Manager and above Positions)
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience working with government utilities, PSUs, EPCs, and industrial clients
- Exposure to pumping systems, IIoT, SCADA, or automation solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and technical presentation skills
- Minimum 8-15 Years experience
Education:
- Engineering background preferred
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
