Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad is for a General Manager of Business Development. The role involves driving new business opportunities, developing and managing business relationships, planning strategies for growth, leading contract negotiations, and overseeing sales activities. The General Manager will be responsible for achieving organizational growth targets and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Business Planning
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and building long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and closing complex deals
- Solid expertise in Sales and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector, is an advantage
