Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Automations, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The individual in this role will oversee automation projects, strategize and implement automation initiatives, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and leveraging automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. The General Manager will also ensure adherence to best practices and contribute to achieving business growth and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in automation tools, process automation, and robotics implementation
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and performance tracking of complex automation projects
- Experience in optimizing processes to enhance operational and cost efficiencies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in leveraging AI, analytics, or cloud technologies for automation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in a technology-driven organization or consultancy, with a focus on automation, is highly desirable
