Operations Executive – Xthlete 📍 Tamil Nadu | Hybrid | Full-Time | ₹15,000/month
About Xthlete
Xthlete is a sports-tech platform connecting amateur athletes, tournament organisers, and sponsors across South India. We're building the infrastructure for sports — from athlete profiles and rankings to sponsorship and tournament management.
The Role We're looking for a driven Operations Executive to keep our internal teams running smoothly. You'll work directly with the founder and be responsible for team coordination, onboarding new hires, monitoring day-to-day performance, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, tech, and support teams
- Onboard new team members and help them get up to speed
- Monitor daily tasks, deadlines, and team output
- Identify gaps and flag issues early to the founder
- Support hiring processes — screening, scheduling, and basic evaluation
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate — any stream (sports management, business, or communications is a plus)
- Strong communicator, both in Tamil and English
- Highly organised and not afraid to follow up on people
- Genuinely interested in sports or startups
- Someone who wants to grow fast by doing real work, not internship tasks
