This is a strategic leadership role ideally suited for retired or semi-retired executives who bring extensive experience in project execution, administration, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, strong decision-making capabilities, and the maturity to oversee large-scale projects and represent the organization at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project operations
- Coordinate with government departments, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Ensure timely project execution and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, project timelines, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide project teams and site staff.
- Resolve high-level operational and administrative issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 60+ years
- 35–45+ years of professional experience.
- Retired General Managers, Chief Engineers, Directors, or equivalent senior executives.
- Willing to be based in Himachal Pradesh and travel as required.
- Strong professional network and reputation in the industry.
