About the Role
The Manager – General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Aadhaar related applications in various sectors, ensuring effective project management and financial inclusion initiatives. Hiring through GA Digital Web Word Private Limited
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and facilitating the adoption of Aadhaar and Aadhaar based service delivery in financial sector and non-financial sector.
- Implementing Aadhaar related applications in BFSI/ banking/ insurance/ NBFCs/ payment industry.
- Developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on financial inclusion related issues; consultation with various stakeholders; analyzing the needs for defining newer Business Models based on Aadhaar applications.
- Close coordination with Application development teams, Interaction with the Managed Service Providers for client’s technical and business needs along with concerned associated processes, stakeholders and internal divisions.
- Provide support to supervise project implementation in the field. Travel may be required to monitor implementation at even the village/block level.
- Formulating Business Requirement document.
- Monitoring software product development/revamp.
- Preparation of RFP document, SLA monitoring mechanism.
- Project Management: planning, monitoring and reporting.
- Coordination and spearheading the GTM team for adoption of Aadhaar App & registration of OVSEs.
- Any other related task as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance/ Economics or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Tech. or B.E.) or Business administration with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Required Skills
- RFP preparation.
- SLA monitoring.
- Project management.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
- High quality presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Ms Excel.
- Data analysis skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) will be given preference.
Pay range and compensation package
F / 19 – 29.5 LPA
