Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's overall business operations.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive sales, marketing, and revenue performance.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor business performance and prepare strategic reports for management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous business improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 7–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Development industry is highly preferred.
