Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Pune Division. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, develop and implement company strategies, manage budgets, and lead teams to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities will also include ensuring exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with partners, and driving business growth while maintaining high operational standards.

• Strategic planning and business operations management expertise
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Budget management and financial analysis experience
• Problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the travel and hospitality sector is a strong advantage
