Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karol Bagh for a General Manager at Trevon Hotels and Resorts. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing guest satisfaction, implementing operational strategies, achieving financial targets, and maintaining high standards of service. Additional duties include fostering a strong organizational culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading teams toward a shared vision of excellence in hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams effectively
- Strong operational management and decision-making abilities to optimize hotel processes and resources
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue goals
- Strategic problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant hotel management software is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
