Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, based in North Goa. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to maximize revenue, maintaining high service standards, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. The role also requires fostering a positive work culture and driving business growth in a competitive hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership, staff management, and fostering a strong workplace culture.
- Solid understanding of operational standards, budgeting, revenue management, and guest services in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to drive performance and efficiency.
- Knowledge of marketing, customer relationship management, and sales strategies to boost business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of local Goan culture, attractions, and tourism dynamics is advantageous.
