Role Description
Superhouse LTD is seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business development, and ensure production efficiency and quality across the organization. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, setting business objectives, developing operational policies, and fostering strong client relationships. This role will require close collaboration with departmental heads to achieve organizational goals, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth
- Project management and operational expertise to ensure efficiency, process optimization, and adherence to quality standards
- Exceptional business acumen, including strategic planning, market analysis, financial management, and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in communication and relationship-building with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain management, especially in the leather and footwear is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving capabilities with a focus on innovation and achieving operational excellence
- Minimum 14 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing and export-oriented organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
