Role Description
As General Manager at Stone Wood Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure excellence in guest experiences and service delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading diverse teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving financial performance. The role involves setting and monitoring quality standards, handling guest relations, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising diverse teams
- Proficiency in hospitality operations, budget management, and quality assurance processes
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a commitment to excellent service delivery
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills for driving business growth and efficiency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and guest interactions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and resolve challenges effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality software and systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
