Role Description
We are seeking a General Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the organization's goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities include managing teams across departments, streamlining processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The General Manager will also work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and process optimization.
- Sound understanding of real estate development, construction processes, and regulatory compliance in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to adapt to challenges and problem-solve in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; post-graduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate or construction management roles is highly desirable.
