Position: General Manager
Location: Delhi / NCR
About the Company : Our Client is a private Enterprise operating multiple small Inventory Hotels at various NCR locations , which are targeted at Banqueting/Events/ Wedding segments.
Role Overview : As General Manager, you will be at the helm of this 50+ keys property, driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of service, and upholding the hotel's presence in the Market. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest experiences while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and a strong track record of success in Food and Beverage / Catering and have past Hotel Manager/GM experience in similar F&B/Banquets driven Hotels, preferably in NCR market.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to drive guest experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- IHM/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 12-15 years experience in upscale / midscale Hotels
- Have past Hotel Manager/GM experience in similar F&B/Banquets driven Hotels, preferably in NCR market.
- Strong F&B and Catering expertise, ensuring excellence in Events being hosted.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
