Shree Sai Tyres Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing tyre distribution and retail organization committed to delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our leadership team and work closely with the Managing Director in driving the company's strategic and operational success.
Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall business performance of the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, strengthening organizational capabilities, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Managing Director to develop and execute the company's strategic and operational plans.
- Drive business growth, profitability, market expansion, and overall organizational performance.
- Lead and oversee Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance Coordination, Human Resources, Administration, and Customer Experience.
- Establish and strengthen business processes, operational frameworks, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management systems.
- Monitor organizational performance through MIS reports, business analytics, and operational dashboards to support effective decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence, process optimization, cost efficiency, and service quality across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and governance standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives that contribute to long-term organizational growth and sustainability.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), General Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and exceptional leadership experience will also be considered.
- 8–15 years of progressive leadership experience in business management, general management, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-location or multi-branch operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth, improve profitability, and lead organizational transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and data-driven business management.
