Role Description
We’re building a serious, scale-focused spice brand and are seeking a General Manager with over two decades of hands-on experience in the spices and FMCG industries to lead this business from the front.
This isn’t a maintenance role; it’s a build-and-scale role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead diverse teams and drive performance.
- Strategic planning and analytical thinking abilities to develop and execute business strategies.
- Experience in supply chain management, vendor relations, and operational efficiency improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of the agriculture and export industry, particularly spices and agro commodities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure profitability.
- Proficiency in technology and tools used for business operations, planning, and analytics.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Agri-Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior management or general management role is strongly desired.
