We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and expand our NIDHI-based financial services and fintech operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, operational excellence, customer relationship management, and strategic expansion across our banking and digital financial service portfolio.

Our services include ATM machine distribution, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), BPPS bill payment services, Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring Deposit (RD), Gold Loan, Group Loan, Personal Loan, and Sound Box solutions for businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations and branch performance
- Develop growth strategies for financial and fintech services
- Manage sales, operations, customer service, and business development teams
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and merchants
- Monitor financial performance, targets, and operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Drive digital payment adoption and fintech service expansion
- Handle team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion plans
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, NIDHI, Fintech, Financial Services, or Digital Payments industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and business development abilities
- Knowledge of loan products, deposits, digital payments, and financial operations
- Ability to manage multi-functional teams and business growth strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ATM services, DMT, BPPS, or fintech operations
- Merchant acquisition and channel partner management
- Sales and revenue growth management
- Customer relationship and branch operations handling.
