We’re Hiring: General Manager – Aviation
At ROCKDOVE Aviation, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive strategic growth in the aerospace sector.
Based in Tamil Nadu, India, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance leadership, operational excellence, and business performance in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Role Overview
As General Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency across inventory, supply chain, and client servicing while aligning with global aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations and drive organizational performance
• Develop and execute strategic business plans
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost optimization
• Oversee inventory and supply chain processes
• Ensure compliance with ASA and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and align teams with company goals
Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in:
- Leadership & Team Management
- Aviation Procurement
- Financial Oversight
- Overall Business Operations
- Proven analytical and decision-making abilities
- Experience in aviation supply chain is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-ground operational environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
